All our jewelry sets out from our US-based workshop. Due to the current global situation, some international deliveries might face delays.

Yes, we do! At checkout, you'll see an option for shipping insurance through "Guard My Gems". This covers you against loss, theft, or damage while in transit. In case of issues, reach out to our team. Just to note, once dispatched, the insurance cost isn't refundable.

We're on it! If your jewelry arrives damaged, flawed, or isn't what you ordered, send us a snapshot of it, and we'll work on getting you a flawless replacement. Kindly avoid sending back items without our team's go-ahead.

Can I Return My Order?
